How do you make dumplings for stew?

the atora is my chosen format too, but if you like to be a bit different, checkout your asian section for their steamed dumplings which are larger white round fluffy spheres with an atom of meat or veg in the centre - come to think of it, you could add the centre to the english style stodgiers too.
