What are the biggest underdog stories, sports or otherwise?

I'm doing a talk and showing video clips of the biggest David vs. Goliath stories. I've come up with the Miracle on ice, Hoosiers, Rudy, and Susan Boyle (recent singing sensation) but I need a few more that aren't sports, any suggestions, sports or otherwise? Thanks in advance!
