What should I do to go to pre med?

I'm a sopre I have very good grades I am in 3 clubs and do a lot of community service, but my PSAT scores where not good. I'm really worried about the SAT and how could that affect my effort during the year (my grades). I'm really interested into going to a good pre med school and eventually a good med school too. :)
