Is Ray Allen better than Tracy McGrady?

I think Tracy Mcgrady is more talented than him, but also more mentally fragile than Ray. That very thing is what prevents Mcgrady from tapping into his potential. Just a couple of years ago he was in comparison with Kobe Bryant, since then, he's been full of disappointment.
