Failing a cl, need help and advice!?

Well, first, suicide is NEVER the answer. It's just math! You probably won't use that subject material ever again in the future, so don't let it affect you so negatively. Get a tutor to help you, or talk to your professor/teacher about your situation. One cl will most certainly will not make or break your career/future, so just try your hardest, and if it doesn't work out, then no big deal. You can do it. :)
