Have there ever been Twins or Brothers who have managed different English Football teams during the same year?

Well only yesterday it was announced that Brad Scott's twin brother Chris is going to coach Geelong next year. It has never happened before to have Twin brothers coaching in the elite Australian Football League (AFL) during the same season. Has this ever happened in the history of English Football?
