Way as my kitten as blood in his pee n how do get him better?

his is 12 weeks n he bn out in about today n he was brought in n not walking, he had a scratch on his belly so cleaned that, n now watched him have a pee in tray n there is blood in the tray , his poo is fine please help me ???
