Positive pregnancy test but bleeding...?

I think she needs to be seen by a health care provider. If she is miscarrying, she is at risk of infection and problems conceiving in the future if she doesn't expel all of the pregnancy. Also many women bleed in pregnancy and it is NOT a miscarriage, but needs to be monitored by a professional. Make her go for her well being!! Best of luck!
