What illness do I have?

About two days ago, I woke up with a very low fever (99.5 F) and a congested cough. This has still been going on since then but has not been wearing down. Yesterday I woke up with a 100.5 F fever and today I woke up with a 99.5 F fever again. All of these low fevers are with a consistent congested cough. I've also been on ibuprofen this whole time. What is it?
