How can I shrink some moccasins?

My friend gave me a really cool pair of genuine, suede Minnetonka moccasins a few months ago and I just put them on today. They are a little big even when I have on socks and they flop around when I walk. How can I shrink them and have them not fade or lose shape? (dryer, etc)
