Advice: Unprofessional Police Officer?

I would be very vigilant as this person does not sound like a poilce officer (although I've met many rude police officers). When you have a very young baby in the house its best to be on gaurd as there are some very sad people out there. It may be a good idea to make a formal complaint to the police, but go in person and express concern as you have a very young baby in the house that could be at risk from an unstable individual. Especially if you believe this person was not an officer of the law.
