I'm thinking of a manga?

in this manga, all i can remember was that A) the main character, a guy btw, was in the army academy, B) after graduating he was igned to work in a theater that was entirely operated by women and owned by an old army retiree, and C) each person in this theater had special powers or abilities and were organized for a hidden purpose, presumably to fight monsters. Please help me identify it.
