Whether rahul gandhi is eligible as a Prime minister?

yes..as in hes got a vision for the country and wants to work..maybe the inexpeience is a setback...i'd really love it if this time he took up a smaller ministry like education and did some work and proved himself to his cynics..if there are any...prime minister..he's young still..he has time..i think for now he should concentrate on learning the job.
