Why Americans (Spanish) whom were born here, and don't know any Spanish sometimes have that ugly accent like

their 1st language is Spanish, yet they don't know any, like almost Texans, I never got that, I was born here, but my mother was not and her accent was hard, but I do not speak like that, you can't even tell I know Spanish because my English is perfect, there is no accent.
