Just another question...?

Is it normal to have a white spotch on ur eye? My friend has the same thing and she just says its a birthmark, but i dunno, do you think something is wrong with my eye? And also on my hip on my backside, last year, i got this tan spotch, and it really shows because my skin is pale. It never went away what's wrong? And i had this uh, brown spot on my left foot, but it was never there before. How come things are appearing on my body and arent going away?
