Making Cider With Oztops, TO MUCH YEAST??

There is probably not enough oxygen. The yeast not only needs sugar and warmth to ferment but also oxygen. By adding so much sugar you may have forced the yeast into suicide by overeating. If you see what I mean. Too much yeast will do the same. As will too much heat. Or at least I think that is how it works.
